Partial Payment Policy

How Partial Payment Works:


We offer Partial Payment to provide flexibility:

  • Initial Payment (Online): Pay a portion of your order total upfront during checkout.

  • Due Amount (Later): Pay the remaining balance online before dispatch

Payment Structure

  • Upfront Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 60% of order total]  is charged when you place your order.

  • Due Amount: Online Payment: Pay via UPI, card, wallet, or bank transfer using a payment link we’ll email/SMS to you.

Order Confirmation

  • Your order is confirmed only after the initial payment is successful.

  • You’ll receive an email/SMS with:

    • Order summary + initial payment receipt.

    • Due amount and instructions to pay online (if chosen).

Delivery Process

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Since we are a 'made-to-order' firm, our general policy is NO CANCELLATION after 24 hours. If you cancel your booking within 24 hours, a full refund of the booking amount will be provided.
  • After 24 hours, all cancellations are subject to a case-by-case review, and even if accepted at our end to cancel the order, cancellation fees might be applicable depending on the stage at which the build is.
  • For final installment of the payment before dispatch, we will provide 3 working days to complete the balance payment. Beyond which the order will be deemed cancelled and no refund will be provided unless genuine causes are provided with evidence.
  • Our delivery timelines are ONLY AN ESTIMATE and NOT GUARANTEED. Meaning, there might be delays from our initial commitment due to reasons beyond our control. NO REFUNDS ARE PROVIDED FOR SUCH DELAYS. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS.


Exclusions (e.g., Discount Coupons)

Please note that discount coupons and other promotional offers may not be applicable to orders placed using the Partial Payment option, unless specified otherwise. The advance payment amount remains fixed.
